Zindagi ki dhadkano mein jaan kahin nahin hai
In parchaiyeeon ke bazaar mein insan kahin nahin hai

Khud se dokha khaye aur kab tak jeete rahe
Apne garebaan mein bhi to imaan kahin nahin hai

Na ranj ka rishta na tagaful-e-shikwa na tana-e-gayar
