Q: What does being efficient and helpful mean?

A: A call at 2300 hrs asking for the telephone number of a local transport office, followed by a sms thanking a trillion (or was it a zillion?) times and another sms which followed asking for the Radio Taxi's contact number.

This isn't a joke or made to believe situation, this happened Saturday night and, it was one of "Thou shall not be disturbed night"...but then, can u say no to friends?
